With house prices on the increase, there are many people considering whether now is the right time to sell their property. At a minimum you want your outdoor space to be clean, clutter-free and tidy looking. Realistically having a loft conversion or extending your home is probably not a DIY project and it may not be something that you want to do specifically to increase the value of your home.
